BUSTER BOSTON TERRIER BIOGRAPHY - Buster is a lively 8
year old Boston Terrier who was adopted in 1997 by Studio Animal Service from a rescue
in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. It was
his clear joy of life and obvious appreciation for the finer things that drew him
to us.
Buster's boundless energy and unstoppable work ethic has contributed
to his success in the entertainment industry. His career began in 1997 as a reoccurring
extra on the television series Providence. He has also done extra work on feature
films such as Garfield and Legally Blonde 2. He found that he preferred
the quick pace and high energy of commercial work and has continued his career starring
in commercials
for Sears, McDonald's and Wrigley's before landing the plumb job as spokesdog for
FRONTLINE.
ABBY SHORTHAIR TABBY CAT BIOGRAPHY - Abby, our "female
spokescat," is
actually a male cat named Aladdin.
Aladdin is a ten year old orange and white shorthair tabby cat
who launched into stardom despite his humble beginnings. Studio Animal Services rescued
him as a kitten from the Castaic Animal Shelter in Castaic, California.
 With
his gorgeous looks, outgoing personality and his desire to shine like a star, he quickly
took to training. Aladdin has always been happy to
snuggle in an actor's lap or run over and affectionately rub, but his favorite thing
to do is eat the cat food!
Some of his commercial credits include: Tidy Cat®, Landrover®,
Purina® Cat Chow®, Whiskas Cat Food® and, more recently, he shared the screen with "Bruno" the
Boxer in a FRONTLINE commercial. However, Aladdin wasn't satisfied with just doing
commercial work and appeared on the television shows Providence and Joan
of Arcadia.
Further stretching his acting abilities to the fullest, he starred in the feature
films Men In Black and Enemy of the State.
Today, he lives happily with his stand-in and camera double,
Reno, in Castaic, California. Here, he continues to teach his two young protégés,
Belle and Zeus, to step into his shoes one day.
